    This installation uses a non-penetrating single-axis tracking system that helps to maximize production. The 24 Evergreen Solar ES-195-SL 195 watt panels are in two strings of 12 panels.

    Permitting Issues: None, The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is peaches! Time of Use Metering? Yes.

    Time of Use Metering means that between 12 noon and 6 PM your electricity rate goes up dramatically. For solar producers this means every time you spin the meter backwards you are getting a credit at the much higher Time-of-Use (TOU) rate.
